Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct quantity before checking out.
Heaven Stream will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong products are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. Heaven Stream will not be responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect.
We dispatch all parcels via Singapore Post (SingPost) within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. Shipping of parcels will only be done during weekdays. Weekends and local public holidays (Singapore) are excluded.
Price of postage includes handling fees
Heaven Stream will not be held liable in the event of lost/damaged parcels should customer opt for normal postage.
Heaven Stream reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
